Q How are children developing?
  •  They are learning about human life cycles at school and about friendships, feelings, helping friends and classmates and other people that can help them e.g. school nurse.

  • To talk about different kinds of families
  • To help them have names for and ways to express different feelings
  • That boys and girls are different but can do lots of the same things
  • To answer questions about things they've seen or heard in the world around them
  • To explain human lifecycles to them - how babies are made and grow
